Exciting news! For 2025 we have decided to add student rates for our studio twins and triples in Condo Gardens Brussels and the studio twins in Value Stay Residence Mechelen.

Our student studios are cozy, affordable, and located in a green environment. They are situated in a quiet residence with a beautiful courtyard garden and BBQ area, offering the perfect combination of peace and coziness. We even provide bicycle storage if you need a place to store your bike!

Our furnished studios are ideally located near the historic city center, train station, shops, restaurants, bars, and museums.

We understand that your studies are important, and that is why we offer daily permanence from our resident concierge and weekly handyman service, so you can focus on your studies with peace of mind.
