The distance to the train station Schaerbeek is a 10-minute drive and only 15 kilometers to the international airport of Brussels in Zaventem.

Check-in
Please note that rooms are ready starting from 16h00. When arriving after the general check-in hours, please inform us about the expected time of arrival.
Once the reservation is paid, you will be informed about our express check-in through the email*. Please provide us with your personal email address.
Early check-in from 11:00h is possible at an extra charge of 20 EUR, depending on the availability. Please reserve this option in advance.
*(express): You will find your key in the safebox in the entrance hall.

Check-out
In case of check out before 08:00h, please drop your key in the letter box "Check Out" near the reception.
Late check-out is possible depending on the availability. You can contact sales departement regarding the prices. There are two options for a late check-out:
- Late check-out until 13h00
- Late check-out until 19h00
Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled depending on the chosen rate. There are two rates: non-refundable and refundable rates. Only refundable rates can cancel free of charge one day before arrival.
Children & extra beds
Children aged under 3 will stay for free in the residence, when using the beds already present. Cots are available to hire on request (an additional charge may apply). The maximum number of baby beds in a room is 1.
In this residence it's not possible to place extra beds.
Prepayment
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of reservation.
When cancelling the reservation within the cancellation policy, this amount can be refunded.
An unpaid reservation may be cancelled without notice at any time.
Pets
Pets are allowed (extra fee) with a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation.
