Our residence has a courtyard with benches and bbq to enjoy summer evenings.
Also a vending machine with drinks and snacks is available.

Public parking is possible in front of the residence, but pay attention because parking fees apply.
You also have the possibility to book a parking spot in our own parking at Condo Gardens Leuven (500M distance), located in the Windmolenveldstraat 9.
Reservation is required and costs €12/night.

In this case you are informed about our express check-in.
Early check-in from 11:00h is possible at an extra charge, depending on the availability.

Children older than 3 or adults will pay an extra cost of €23 per person per night, extra bed included.
The maximum number of baby beds in 1 room : 1.
In this residence it's not possible to place extra beds.
Prepayment
The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of reservation.
When cancelling the reservation within the cancellation policy, this amount can be refunded.
